Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai

Absolutely incredible hotel. This hotel exudes luxury from the moment you approach it. With incredible views of Dubai and The Museum of the Future we never tired of the backdrop throughout our stay. The level of customer service was incredible. The attention to detail of the lobby staff, reception team, restaurant, spa, concierge and house keeping were all extraordinary. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests and it really made the stay. The room was gorgeous with lovely facilities. The lighting and air con were fully adjustable which added to great comfort within the room. The restaurant food was absolute delicious with a huge variety and beautifully displayed. The hotel gym was exceptional with a massive range of fitness equipment. The whole experience was phenomenal and I really hope to have the opportunity to visit again. Great Service & Lovely Experience – Some Room Issues The hotel has an impressive lobby and top-notch service. They did a beautiful job decorating the room for my niece’s birthday — very thoughtful! The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and had great variety. However, the room was a bit too warm and the lighting was dim and yellow, which made it hard to get ready. Also, no full-length mirror. Still, a lovely stay overall!

Emirates Towers is one of my favorite hotels in the UAE – in fact, I consider it the best. However, I’d like to highlight two points that I believe need improvement: 1. Lobby Music Quality: It’s surprising that a luxury hotel like Emirates Towers plays such low-quality background music in the lobby. It sounds like a short music loop that repeats endlessly. Honestly, it feels out of place for a hotel of this caliber. Does the hotel not have the budget to curate a more refined and pleasant musical ambiance? It’s hard to understand how this was approved in the first place. 2. Furniture Usability: While the furniture in the lobby is undeniably high-end and luxurious, it’s also incredibly heavy and difficult to move. As a guest, trying to adjust a seat for comfort shouldn't require staff assistance. Luxury should be elegant and functional—not just impressive to look at. Overall, I feel the hotel hasn’t prioritized the customer experience in these areas. Whether it’s selecting background music or choosing premium furniture, the guest’s comfort and overall experience should always come first. A truly luxurious hotel is one that balances beauty with thoughtful functionality.
