I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The 24/7 laundry service was incredibly convenient and efficient. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay has been nothing short of perfect. The service is exceptional, the food has been consistently delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to Farhan Shaikh from housekeeping – truly outstanding! He was not only efficient and thorough but also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His attention to detail and positive attitude made a real difference and added a personal touch to our experience. If you’re looking for comfort, great food, and top-notch service, this is definitely the place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
The room itself was perfect clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The hotel overall is beautiful and well-designed. However, the service was unfortunately far below expectations. We checked in at 11:00 PM, and were told that our room was not ready which is quite surprising and unacceptable that late at night. Once we finally got into the room, we found that the safe was locked and unusable, which was inconvenient. But the most shocking part was that the dental kit in the bathroom had clearly been opened and used completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The hotel has great potential, but the staff and service team really need improvement. Cleanliness, preparedness, and attention to detail are critical in hospitality, and these basic standards were not met.
