Jumeirah Mallorca

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property with some of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. Our premium Mountain View room well exceeded my expectations as the rooms honestly look slightly underwhelming in photos, but are beautiful in person. The beds are incredibly comfortable as are the pillows. The pool service is really great and efficient with the ability to order via QR code. The gym is top notch. The food is generally good. The breakfast buffet is very impressive and delicious but I did find the prepared breakfast items to order to be underwhelming: bland and quite basic (a well cooked egg dish shouldn’t be hard). This is not the hotel’s fault but the large presence of wasps negatively impacted my experience, particularly at breakfast and occasionally at the pool. Still, overall was an amazing experience and we would happily return.

Jumeirah Mallorca completely exceeded my expectations. It is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail was incredibly well thought out, from the welcome drinks and handwritten notes to the thoughtful gifts left in the room and the sweet departing treats. The staff was genuinely warm and friendly, making the entire experience feel personalized and luxurious. The valet service made coming and going seamless, and every amenity was top notch. The rooftop infinity pool was absolutely stunning, the perfect place to relax and take in the views, and the gym was one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve seen. I truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a memorable five star experience in Mallorca, this is the place.

Would not recommend. When paying as much as they charge, you expect the best. That sadly, is not what we received. We stayed here for our honeymoon and wish we didn’t. The hotel itself is beautiful, but does not do the pictures justice. For example- the infinity pool that “over looks” the cliff, is separated by a 10 foot space of dead plant life. Under our balcony that was an ocean view, were people camping out in RVs accompanied by trash left behind by other campers. Thus making our “private” balcony, not private. The worst part of the stay was the service. At dinner our first night, they forgot my husband’s entree, as well as leaving his wine glass empty for the entirety of dinner. The second night at the sunset restaurant, they forgot our appetizer. We ordered ice to our room for champagne, and they forgot it. They also lack common facilities like a bar to sit and order drinks from- you had to reserve a table. Also- be prepared to spend $50 on an entree and $25 on a drink. Their breakfast was great! The spa was nice, but two of the amenities were out of order. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay to the point it almost ruined our trip to Mallorca. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
