One of the Best Hotels in the World – Truly Exceptional! Our stay at Marsa Al Arab Jumeirah Hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning architecture, luxurious ambiance, and world-class service. This hotel is truly one of the finest in the world. The restaurants are absolutely amazing – offering top-quality food with a wide variety of cuisines. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever experienced – fresh, diverse, and delicious. While most of the staff were excellent, a few could benefit from additional training in hospitality to match the hotel's exceptional standards. However, this did not overshadow our overall experience. A special thanks to Duty Manager Andrea, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive – a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay in Dubai!

Facilities and services were flawless but they need to improve in response time for guest requests. All facilities are perfect yet the gym lacks simply equipment. The breakfast bar is amazing. The entrance traffic needs to be improved. The lobby is very narrow it’s little bit annoying.

This hotel may look luxurious on the outside, but the service is shockingly poor. The staff lacks basic professionalism and communication skills. Every request is met with the same generic ‘sorry’ — no real action, no solutions. You constantly have to insist just to receive the most basic services. A true five-star hotel should never make guests feel like a burden. Just read the other reviews — you’ll notice they keep copying the same empty responses to everyone. Clearly, apologies are easier for them than actual service. Very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this place
