The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always with a smile and a professional touch. The pools were another highlight. Whether it was the private pool in my villa or the main infinity pool overlooking the vast blue ocean, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Each swim was both refreshing and serene, with the gorgeous surroundings adding a special touch. The amenities and overall experience were top-tier. From the water sports to the spa treatments, every aspect was curated to create memories I’ll cherish forever. Today marks our last day at this heavenly place. Since day one, the staff never hesitate to offer their best. We’re traveling with a 6 year old, and she loved the kids club and the activities over there. the attending staff were so kind with her, and made this trip unforgettable to her. A special thanks to the private butler Stephanie, who without doubts played a significant role in arranging the activities and making the reservations. We highly recommend this for a family getaway.

We had a fantastic time at Jumeirah, the villa was amazing, everything you needed was at hand and cleaned twice a day by the great staff. We had an awesome butler named Bond, he took very good care of us and informed us about upcoming events. I had a fabulous spa treatment and did the morning yoga and sound healing experience with Lakshmi who was amazing and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and a great variety, the sushi making experience was great fun with Jessy. We could not fault it, it was our week in paradise.
