It's a rubbish hotel, I don't like it at all and the customer service is very poor. I waited for an hour to be served. The prices were exaggeratedly high for bland and very simple food, $3 for 2 arepas smaller than the palm of my hand, and the kitchen, nothing to comment on, disgusting beyond belief. If they could close the hotel I would be very grateful.
