Juniper Hotel Cupertino Curio Collection by Hilton

Stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding in Mountain View. Excellent hotel and neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants nearby offering varied cuisines. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms were a bit small but very manageable. Parking in the adjoining garage was free and very safe. Offered a convenience that was unmatched. Service was excellent as well.

This is a great spot with a good bar, I haven't had a meal from the diner but looks good. I book a 2 room king suite with Jacuzzi tub and the tubs fit my 6'3 frame so I definitely enjoy my time in the rooms. I park my bike in the garage and haven't had any issues. Service is good and they send you a text asking how things are going. My star rating is because there's no breakfast to snack on before you head out, all food is bought which isn't a problem just an inconvenience. This is a great spot with some views, rooms feel clean but I still use sandals walking about in the room. I do recommend a stay here.

- DO NOT USE THEIR VENUE - Traumatizing experience at the Juniper Hotel Cupertino venue this past weekend, June 2025. We held our children's graduation party (HS & college) at their Parkview Ballroom and Patio. Made all the required deposits and was charged the rest of the amount 9 days before the event without providing an itemized invoice, as per contract. On the night of the event, 2 of the 4 ballroom doors that open to the patio did not open as they were broken. This was not conveyed to me prior to the booking or event. The food ordered were severely below the typical servings sizes so the food ran out. What they call serving for 25 people would only serve 10 people. At 25 servings per platter, I ordered 2 platters of eggroll which came out burnt on the outside and raw on the inside; 2 platters of fried chicken sliders and 1 platter of cheeseburger sliders, ALL the buns were hard and inedible - see pictures of my guest leaving the buns broken in half. They even served expired sauce! I ordered 4 kinds of 50 servings of passed hors d'oeuvres which cost $1700 and only saw 2 servers with a platter. i.e. arancini crisp was the size of a quarter at $9 each. Costing $10K, we were pretty much served garbage by their so called chef. Reported this to my contact at the hotel and they offered $2K back in hopes that "We understand this does not undo the disappointment you experienced, but we hope it conveys our commitment to making things right". They definitely do not know what is right!
