Jupiter Lisboa Hotel

Jupiter Lisboa hotel is FANTASTIC !! It is beautiful, clean with a lovely decor. The facilities are wonderful. The food is fabulous and the staff were so friendly and efficient. The roof top pool and bar is excellent and the staff there were very professional and looked after us so well. The location of the hotel is brilliant with easy access to Lisbon. My daughter and I honestly had the most amazing week - can not recommend enough

Great hotel for a stay in Lisbon. The service is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is also convenient, within walking distance (about 45 minutes) of the city center and with a metro station nearby. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of variety. Dinner was less impressive, with only a limited and overpriced buffet available. Fortunately, the neighborhood has many great bars and restaurants, and I would strongly recommend having dinner there instead.

Our stay here was amazing. From start to finish to staff were really helpful and kind. We found it to be really family friendly with lots of little touches like the colouring booklets and pencils at breakfast and allowing children in the spa for 2 hours in the morning. They also accommodated our request for rooms nearby to each other so the whole family could be close by. But they went above and beyond for my daughter's 4th birthday. We asked for a lighter to light a candle at breakfast for her and they brought out a beautiful cake, sparkling wine for the adults and OJ for the children all complimentary. My daughter was absolutely delighted. I didn't take the ladies name in the restaurant but she was young with very long hair - her kindness made our stay extra special. Other than all of this it's clean, has a great rooftop pool with views over Lisbon, is located near metro stops making it easy to get around and has a great breakfast buffet. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay so special. We hope to return one day soon.
