Jura Hotels Afyon Thermal

I was in the hotel for a few days. The hotel has its pluses and minuses. Juices during meals are payable, the hotel is old and the SPA facilities need renovation. Pros of the hotel low price of stay, very good and varied food, everyone will find something for themselves. Very good hotel service. Ladies working at the hotel reception are always smiling and helpful. Thank you very much for the professional service of Mrs. Gulfidan Cengiz who helped me change the room. I will definitely visit this hotel again while in Turkey and I hope that the same nice people will continue to work at the reception.

Food and service were good. Spa section and service was not bad either. Unfortunately some of the Receptionists need to be retrained, PR is a huge 0, pretending to listen to you and disrespectfully dealing with others at the same time, of course not all. My only request from the reception is a single chair in my room due to the discomfort in my back! I conveyed it to 4 different officials on 4 different days, unfortunately the chair did not come and there was no response. The situation in the rooms was not very pleasant, the curtains are on the floor, when it rains, it can rain inside at the same time (from the windowsills). I hope these comments are taken into account. Because I love my country...

Don’t be fooled, it’s definitely NOT a 5* hotel. The rooms look disgusting and the whole 2nd floor smells like cigarette smoke. I needed to change the room because in the first one even couldn’t close the window properly. The staff doesn’t speak English.
