it's going to be better and better every year. the spa section they built this year has an extraordinary standart. I must say it topped all my expectations. they have a new cafe/bar with live music the beach is amazing. I don't know why this year were so many sea needle animals in the water. well it's a nice place to make spa holidays. nothing much for single people or younger generation it is a little boring. but well everyone has his own idea how to spend his holidays.

As a minimum, i expect a decent, clean room with working appliances and a welcoming management and service personnel. I am removing one star for each item that disappointed. Room: Ant colony in our room?! Lacks proper cleaning, why else would ants be in the room at all times. Broken / improperly installed A/C. Not great when travelling with a baby. Room not equipped with essentials e.g. missing cutlery. Mould in the bathroom, and broken appliances. Service: Waiting times for attending service is way too long. I would expect that bringing a mop would not take three days. Servicing the before mentioned A/C was impossible for this establishment. I must mention that i know issues like the ones experienced with that unit and they are absolutely solvable. I do not understand the cleaning and maintenance routines. When the personnel sees something that is broken or needs maintenance nothing is being done? No intention of the front desk to compensation for inconveniences to us due to improper maintenance, cleanliness and so forth, thus failing to provide a minimal level of satisfaction. Location: Construction nearby. Construction waste at the beach.
