I will be thorough and clear with this review. If you have a self respect, you should avoid for below points. 1. Rooms are not clean enough. Hotel looka dirty, tables, dishes, plates and glassea and everything looks oily and dirty. When asked staff claimed there is no hot water to wash the dishes well. 2. Ac was not working in our room ans we waited for 3 days to get it fixed or to get another room. Reception peaple try their best but management is not available constantly and ataff are not allowed to help gueats or manage problems indepently they have to wait for a general manager who comes every 3 days to help guests. 3. Even though website states that wifi is available throughout the hotel, you won't get it and every employee will tell you different lies for some reasons. 4. Nobody even tried to help us or compensate for their mismanagement. We had to climb to the reception floor every hour because the hotel room telephone was cut off and reception never even tried to communicate us about our requesta. I had to ask for a bucket for the crazily leaking AC , so in short tbe guests generated solutions for the problems of hotel, like we were the homeowners and the management was a guest. 5. Nobody will apologize and try to solve anything it is what it is. 6. Common areas are so so so dirty. Hotel looks like kids are controlling it and you always have to tell them to clean or to solve never ending problems. 7. Everydays some ingredients are finished if yoy wanna take a drink other than tea or water. Beer and cocktails are rarely available. Only mojito which tasted like lemonade only. 8. Night entertainments are just some low quality music and adverstisement for some clubs that only sell vodka bottles forcefully. Some good points though: 1. Location and view is satisfactory. 2. Food is diverse some days and taste good and very abundant but sometimes lunch stuff will be availabld for dinner. 3. At least, at least some people listened and still blamed managemenr which I agree. Problems are on management level rather than reception. Overall, not the best one. But I would not recommend to anyone and I will avoid this in the future.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend it at all. I did not get the room I paid for. Old air conditioner, TV not working. The canteen was dirty, with dirty cutlery on dirty tables. Although it says that there is internet in the rooms, there is none, and we had to buy it. very often the power went out and the elevators did not work. The employees are unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, WORST HOTEL

The DIRTIEST and the WORST hotel ever. Everything is so dirty the floors, the chairs, the tables, the dishes, the windows the elevators even the sunbeds. Everything it's so disgusting. In the restaurant we had to rewash the dishes and disinfect them because they were so oily and had particles of other foods. Everybody was disgusted with the hygiene at the kitchen.The Wi-Fi is not working the electricity was down a couple of days we had to use the stairs and fell 2 times beacuse the floor is oily. The stuff are dirty, disgusting and not helpful the worst part is that they group and stare weirdly the make you feel unwelcomed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!!! DON'T RECOMEND IT!!!
