Older hotel, nice view of beach, hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was good , but don't buy the dinner at the hotel not very good. Not many choices of Brazilian beer i found odd for being in Brazil, the dinner in the restaurant menu was not to good one night they didn't have no French fries or salad left. And it took too long to bring the food out! I would recommend not buying the dinner like i did with your hotel Package!!

We live in the area Jurerê and were frequent guests of this hotel. Often came for breakfast, our children played on the playground. Today we were just kicked out in a rude way. instead of explaining the rules of use and billing for the use of the playground. We were not explained anything and were not asked to pay extra, but simply kicked out. They were very rude and aggressive. At the same time, it was not a problem for us to pay extra if we had just been told and warned about it. Very upset and disappointed with the attitude towards regular and very loyal guests. UPD after hotel answer: no one told me the prices. no one approached me or my husband in advance and said that it was impossible to use the children's area. this was said only once in a rude manner, first approaching the children and kicking them out of the hall. Of course, after such an attitude, we decided to leave. a Brazilian woman who was with us said that it looked like a negative attitude towards our nationality, as she was also shocked by such an attitude. even the receptionist man at the front desk agreed and confirmed few times that the form of communication with us from the administrator was rude. I see that my review was useful and collects likes. glad about it, because that's not the way to treat customers.
