Just 3 miles from Disney

First off hats off to management and all the wonderful staff. I don't know who's managing this place but obviously they know what they're doing. Staff is friendly, well trained, and on point. The place has so much to do and feels super safe. Love the restaurants love the pools and all the amenities. If I could have one criticism which is just minor and it didn't affect me whatsoever but I noticed it. It would be put some stripes for a crosswalk in the road somewhere in front of the main lobby. From our balcony we overlook the lobby and you could see so many people walking across the street while cars were coming. If you look out the lobby to your right there's a stop sign that 75% of people just blow right through. There should be a stop sign in the median also, so drivers can see it more clearly cuz they're often distracted. Again hats off to the staff they really made this place what it is.

Checked in yesterday. We had one request - "pool view and easy access to pool, with a 2 year old in tow.". They put me in the 6200 building, LITERALLY driving distance to a pool. Tell me "you can see the pool across the street ". See below. You can see a building. Ask for a different room, even offer to take a downgrade. They tell me they are at capacity, and nothing they can do. Meanwhile, our parking lot is virtually empty, many rooms are black and clearly empty. But of course they put us in a room next to someone with a sound system. Walls literally rattling as we get into our room. Paper thin walls. If they are cooking, you will know what they are making. Walls don't trap sound, nor do they trap odors. Of course they don't enforce noise complaints until later hours. Update. 3 nights in a row had to call for security due to a domestic battle in the room next door. Last night, 3 calls alone, as late as 2 am. We watched security come up to their door, then just turn around and walk off. Did nothing. Property could care less of the inconvenience on myself and my family. Won't ever waste my time or money here again. Lessons learned Can get so much more for the money here in Orlando. Location... Sucks. Multiple concerns voice to the company post our trip, to not a single response.

Hi booked this resort specifically for the water park and its amenities and from the moment we got there everything went wrong. One: they don’t provide any kind of shuttle service to anything or anywhere and that was inconvenient. Two: they have shuttle service on the property but they took 20-30 min every time and it was quicker to walk. Third: our room was dirty and then I asked them to send someone with blankets, and to clean room they didn’t show up for two hours and we had to go to bed and then next day had to ask again for someone to clean room. Then they “ supposedly “ cleaned it but there was still little black hairs in the tub so I had to ask again. Then none of the employees could give me clear answers about questions I had. We went to water park but my son could only ride like two or three rides per there pool rules and he is 47inches. I tried to get a beverage at the bar and sat at the tiki bar and the bartender told me he wouldn’t serve me at the bar that I had to get up and get in line and then it took 15-20 min to order one drink. Then we went to the other pool and there was poop in it. Then we went to use ice cream machine and it wouldn’t work. Then we went to the marketplace and ordered a shuttle early so we wouldn’t have to carry groceries and it never showed then when we called to find out where it was they told us it would be an hour. This resort has potential to be amazing if the employees and staff managed it better. Unfortunately for me it was not pleasurable and discouraging.
