I used to stay in this hotel for many times in the past. My previous experiences were good but this time I had nothing but complaint. The staff is welcoming as always and the breakfast hasn’t changed in years. However, the wifi was not working probably and I had almost no cell reception because my room was inside the hotel without a window. This was especially unpleasant for me since I was here for business and I had to spent days without proper access to my mails and calls.

assuming that we booked a room in this hotel for a one night stay because we had a wedding event around. i agree that the position, right next to the highway exit, is extremely strategic (in particular for guests traveling for work). as soon as we stepped in the reception area we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. it was 1pm so we asked if there was anything we could have as lunch from the bar thinking about leftovers from breakfast. the madame working in the bar told us that they only offered salmon toasts at that time so we accepted (only salmon? a very strange choice). in the end she served us pepperoni toasts that I can’t eat due to my intolerance… apart from the fact that she was so rude. but even the breakfast of the next morning had been so disappointing. nothing in the room fridge, dirty terrace, noisy room, etc. experience to forget. not a 4-stars at all. 2 stars for the reception staff.

The ONLY thing appealing about this hotel is the distance to my company. This was their first time using this hotel and it will be the last. I arrived on Monday after a 16 hour flight, to my AC not working. I called reception 4x and every time I got a different excuse. “I’ll drop the temp for you.” “It’s on now. It just takes time.” You have to put the card in the slot.” “No one turned it on, I turn it on now.” The jet lag from a 16 hour flight was insane, so I ended up falling asleep. Woke up at 1AM drenched in sweat and had to sleep with my balcony doors open. On Tuesday after a long day with colleagues, I walk into my room and it’s hot. I go downstairs and talk to a guy in reception. Wish I would have gotten his name as he is the only one who didn’t lack customer service skills. He got on the phone and called the maintenance guy. A lady then follows behind him and tells me that the room is set at 16. She proceeds to take a picture of the screen and show me. I told her I understand it says that- but does it say what temp my room is?? Bc it is not 16 degrees. She then tells me that there’s nothing they can do and I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to get maintenance to check the AC. I told her no, that it needed to be resolved today. Whether that meant getting another room here or requesting for my company to book me another room somewhere else. Her response was… I’m fully booked here but have a room in the motel. I told her no, I’m either getting an equivalent or again, asking my company to book me somewhere else. The guy who was talking to maintenance finally comes back and tells me he will be in my room shortly. When he walks in, he makes a comment of how hot it is. He starts to work on it and fixed it. Thankful for him. Now, to the 2nd worst experience at this hotel… whoever the lady is that takes the orders for room service is horrible. Her attitude? Atrocious. The first night I arrived, I ordered an hand and cheese platter… she quoted me 1 hour wait time. Then 1.5 hours. I said ok. The food showed up in 10 mins. And now, today is my last day here (thank goodness) — I called at 8:45 and ordered a bufala pizza. She says it will be 1 hour. Ok. 1 hour and 15 mins go by, no food. I call room service- no answer. I call reception- the guy who picks up transfers me - no answer. Then he gets back on the phone and says it will be here in 10 mins. 2 mins later the lady from room service calls me back and asked what did I order? Absolutely insane. I’ve been many places. But this is by far the worst.
