Just Inn Hotel

Located in the Old City Istanbul, this Hotel had a very good secure system at the door of the rooms which was an electronic device in/out the room and you select what you need: for ex: please clean the room or do not disturb + the Airconditioning that you can turn on or off was powerful. Regarding the staff they were friendly & helpful. Reception open 24/7 - Room clean.

Trrible Experience – Unprofessional Staff & Poor Service I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked a twin room in advance, but upon arrival, we were told that our booked room was unavailable. Instead, they offered us two separate single rooms on different floors (1st &6th), which was highly inconvenient as we shared luggage. If the twin room was unavailable, the hotel should have updated Agoda or rejected the booking instead of misleading guests. The single room was extremely small, making it impossible for us to store our luggage or freshen up comfortably. Our plan was to unpack together, take a quick shower, and then go to bed, but even one suitcase barely fit in the room, making it impractical. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and blamed us for the issue instead of apologizing. He claimed that the single room was even more expensive and that we should be grateful for his “good option,” despite it being completely inconvenient for us. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, he refused any refund, told us to leave, and even challenged us to write a review, saying he didn’t care. His aggressive attitude and unprofessional behavior made us feel unsafe, so we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. If you are considering booking this hotel – think twice! The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs!

Worst experience at Just inn Hotel a big Cat Fish of a place. Worst rooms and cramped with toilets/bathroom that's got an awful smell coming through all into the room. Aircon doesn't work and the manager/Owner couldn't be bothered to attend to the complaints. At Night seems asif the front desk person party with the tenants and end up making a noise past midnight. The entire place smells of fumigation.
