This hotel is by far the best one we stayed at in Taiwan (and we stayed in many!) the service is top notch and staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hot springs is wonderful. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hot spring especially the female only private bath house was incredibly relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of selections to choose from and even has DIY traditional glutinous rice ball which my kids were truly enjoying the experience. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service!
I am here right now still waiting for my room. I understand that the room we booked checks in at 3pm. As we came in on a very early flight, we requested for early check in and I even mentioned I do not mind paying extra to check in. The male staff told me no need to pay extra, he will try to get a room for me around 1pm onwards. I just want to say, if it is a firm 3pm, just say so, I wasted my time waiting at the lobby from 1245pm up till now. Tired and frustrated...
