The hotel is superb, clean, and location is close to MRT and very easy access to all major cities in Taipei. The service staff Daniel is extremely helpful and friendly and he make my stay very comfortable and pleasant
Good location and clean rooms. PLEASE BE AWARE! Washer/Dryer is self serving in common area in basement. Dryer never worked well during my entire stay of 2 weeks. It was either super slow in drying or was just out of service. Folks had to hog Dryer for 3-4 hours so that clothes dried a little. Had to head down nearby (couple kms away) coin laundry to dry, wet clothes. Hopefully they upgrade drying machines and make it functioning, otherwise my company would need to reconsider stay at this hotel for long term stay.
