juSTa Mukteshwar Retreat & Spa

If you are travelling to mukteshwar, just blindly pick this hotel for your best ever stay. You couldn’t ask for more. The amenities, the staff, food , location, anything and everything is just beyond good. I travelled with my family here for 2 days but everything is just so good here that we extended our stay for 2 more days. The staff they have is fantastic . I’m from Delhi and enjoy good luxury stay. If your looking for same just come to this place. Loved it and will book this property again. Thanks

Beautiful place , amazing hospitality, and well maintained property. Shokinder , Dilip and Ganesh these three people were amazing from the Justa Staff. From managing a space to getting cakes and arranging surprise anniversary for our family. They really put their heart in making our trip amazing and memorable. A must recommended stay and you should not miss this. Amidst the hustle bustle of the city located in a very serene location surrounded by hills. Must visit whenever planning for Mukteshwar. The temple , observatory and many more seesight locations are close to this report.

I’m currently staying at jüSTa Mukteshwar with my friend, and we are both extremely disappointed this time. We have visited here before and always had a great experience, but this stay has been a complete letdown. We were charged ₹13,500 for a small, basic room with no sofa, very poor lighting, and hardly any facilities. The so-called “mountain view” from the balcony is nothing like what was promised. It’s really upsetting to see how much the quality has dropped. I’m writing this review while still at the property, which shows how dissatisfied we are. Definitely not worth the price, and sadly, they have lost loyal guests because of this experience. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their standards.
