It sounds like the hotel struck a balance between offering great service. The cleanliness and size of the swimming pool must have been quite a treat—it’s such a wonderful feature for guests to enjoy. Ms. Ananya deserve high praise for their dedication and attentiveness. Front office staff who go the extra mile can truly elevate the overall experience. Though, I can see how having additional activities and enhanced services could make the property even more engaging. House Keeping needs big improvements. Had taken a Superior room for 2 nights and there was no Hand Towel or Bath Soap. Had to request the same before delivery. A 4 Star Hotel cannot afford this laxity. Hot water was the biggest issue. Turn on the Tap for 30 min and then Hot Water would come is what House Keeping said. What a waste of water. Front Desk Management was really bad. There was hardly anyone responsible to address your query. Hotel needs improvements overall.
