I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout. However, I did notice some delays in service — especially with room service, I had to follow up multiple times for basic requests like drinking water. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s definitely something the management should work on for smoother guest service. Other than that, check-i n and check-out was smooth, and the front desk staff was efficient and courteous. With a little improvement in service responsiveness, this place would easily be a 5-star experience.

Was there for 3 days on holidays. The rooms and decor of the hotel was very beautiful and well made. The food in morning buffet as well as a la carte was tasty and well prepared. Last mile approach to location could have been better. But views of Sajjangarh fort and nearby areas were worth the effort.

The resort overall is great. the location is beautiful, the staff is helpful, and the amenities are well maintained. However, the room we were given was labeled as a "Deluxe Room," but it definitely didn't meet the standard you'd expect from that category. It was more like a standard room in terms of space and features. Just a heads-up to future guests double-check the room details before booking. Other than that, everything else was enjoyable.
