juSTa Ssatva Resort Udaipur

I recently had the pleasure of staying at justa satva and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in a serene location, the resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a minibar and complimentary toiletries, added to the convenience. The private balcony offered a stunning view, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive. From the seamless check-in process to personalized service throughout the stay, they ensured every need was met. The on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine with a variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. The resort also featured a well-maintained pool, spa, and recreational activities, providing ample options for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, thus resort is an ideal choice. We stayed at Justa Ssatva Resort, Udaipur, for 2 nights (paid ~₹7500 per room per night for a couple). Positives: Staff were very polite and helpful. Every request was attended promptly. The resort looks beautiful from the outside and the overall ambience is pleasant. On 15th August, a live musical event was arranged during dinner, which was really enjoyable. The singers were excellent and created a lovely atmosphere. Areas of Improvement: Though we were given “premium rooms”, they felt small and more like basic category rooms. Essential amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, slippers, etc. were missing in the room and had to be requested separately every time. Bathroom flooring looked quite ordinary, and there was a slight smell when water was first turned on. Food was disappointing — taste was below expectations. It felt more like something you’d eat just to fill your stomach, not a memorable dining experience. We had chosen this property because of our good past experience with the Justa group, but unfortunately this stay did not match those expectations.

We checked-in this hotel for two nights on 22nd July 2025. The booking we did was in a tour package and at the time of checkout the front desk officer at the reception charged extra outside of the booking package amount. We discussed this before the night of the checkout to have hassle free departure from this hotel yet there was no clarity to the reception people at the hotel. This wasted us total 1 hour of our time in the morning. The food at this hotel is also average and needs to be improved in order to make the guests like the food. Overall We are not satisfied from the service provided by the hotel to us.
