JW Marriott Anaheim Resort

The staff at this hotel is amazing! Everyone from the front desk, room service, executive club, bartenders, valet, and concierge have gone above and beyond for me on this stay. The executive lounge has the best food at any Marriott property that I’ve stayed at. Thank you Chef! I highly recommend this hotel and my compliments to the general manager! You have hired an amazing team! Special shout out to Isabel, Brice, and Armando (at the front desk) and Amanda (at the bar) you all set the bar for customer service!

The hotel is clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-organized. Everything from check-in to daily housekeeping ran like clockwork. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the outstanding staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. In particular, Sean deserves special recognition. He was an incredible representative of the JW Marriott brand—genuinely kind, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. Because of this experience, I can confidently say I will be choosing JW Marriott for my future travels wherever possible. This stay made a great impression, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

We stayed at JW Marriott Anaheim Resort for three nights during our Disneyland trip, and it was a fantastic experience. We booked through the American Express Platinum Hotel Collection, which included breakfast and it was well worth it. The rooms were spotless, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Valet service was prompt and efficient.
