Really nice location and excellent service. We are titanium members and the lounge was not open. Rooms are functional and relatively small. Everyone was very accommodating with a complementary breakfast and evening snacks. Mon was a wonderful server in the lounge and several employees went above and beyond during our July 2025 stay. Will plan to come back with more family. Thank you Marriott!

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was spotless, the pool was incredible, and the view from the gym was spectacular. However, we did encounter one issue: the front desk staff were not very approachable and were difficult to reach. On the other hand, the valet staff were absolutely wonderful—so warm and friendly! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This evening, 7 August 2025, I visited your restaurant for dinner at approximately 7:45 PM with another person. I work in the travel and tour industry and regularly travel internationally with groups. As I am currently recovering from a cold contracted overseas, I specifically requested a quiet table away from other diners, both out of courtesy and to allow for a private discussion. Unfortunately, we were met by a staff member whose manner was notably unwelcoming. We were informed that, due to staffing issues, our seating options were limited. However, the restaurant, also used for breakfast, was only about one-third full. Several sections were fully lit and clearly set up for service, yet we were offered only two tables, both in close proximity and surrounded by other guests. I found this response baffling. In over forty years of global travel and dining in hotels, I have never encountered such inflexibility or disregard for a reasonable request. As a result, we chose not to dine at the restaurant and instead found an alternative nearby. The experience was disappointing and perplexing, particularly given the otherwise professional standards I have come to expect in hospitality settings.
