This hotel is just fabulous! One of the best I've ever stayed in. The cleanliness 5 stars, service/staff 5 stars. The staff is always so pleasant and happy to assist. Concierge Jose' - 5+ stars!! Jose' always has a smile and makes you feel so welcomed. He was so helpful in finding the right tours, sights to see and dining in the area!!!! Thanks JW Marriott, staff and Concierge Jose', for making our experience in Austin so wonderful and memorable!
Great experience here at the JW Marriott in Austin. Was here for work, room and hotel were very nice and modern. Great place to host a conference. Staff were very helpful with my reservation. The corner restaurant/bar, poolside bar, and edge rooftop were all great places to eat and relax. Good location in downtown walking distance to everything. Hotel also has a Starbucks inside. Would stay here again.
Loved our river view room. Very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was beautiful. Thelma, our room attendant, was so sweet and anything we asked of her with a smile and had an awesome smile on her face. She made our stay for a week so /awesome. She worked our area 6 days out of 7. She really cares about her profession and her guests. She is certainly an amazing employee and follows the mission statement of yours responsible and respectful. She's definitely an addition to your hotel.
