JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel

It's a very nice hotel, I felt pampered and cared for, all personnel is very polite and attentif, you feel very special during your stay. The room was large and clean, the bathroom had both shower and bathtub. The walls are thick so I didn't hear any disturbing noises from the neighbours or the hallway. The breakfast was also very good, good service.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Bucharest from July 20 to July 23, 2025, and while my experience initially started off as average, it took a complete turn for the better after I met Mr. Ahmed Ali, the Front Office Manager. At first, I faced some challenges and felt that the service was not up to the level I had expected. However, once Mr. Ahmed stepped in, everything changed. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction completely transformed my stay. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, often anticipating them before I even asked. His courteous and proactive approach made me feel truly welcomed and valued. Thanks to him, my entire stay turned into a luxurious and enjoyable experience that far exceeded expectations. I believe Mr. Ahmed Ali is a true asset to the hotel and an excellent example of leadership and hospitality. Because of his outstanding service, I would gladly return to JW Marriott Bucharest and highly recommend it to others.

This is massive hotel and located near some of the attraction and 15 minutes ride by car to Old town It has casinos, Luxury shops Hotel was centrally located, Lot of good eateries around Rooms were managed and clean, upgrade was given and was put in the lounge floor Lounge was well stocked throughout and amazing kind staff at Lounge always willing to help Gym was great and is available for outsiders as well, not solely for hotels guests Check in was a smooth process due to the hostess which took enough pleasure to explain every property details. So much patience is commendable! Breakfast was good and had varieties and along with light snack options, in the restaurant overall a pleasant experience at this hotel Dinner in lounge was good too as they had lot of options as well and it was well made ! I could walk up to one of the biggest building in the world built during communist era.
