JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed at this hotel for an extended weekend getaway and have only positive experiences to share. The customer service was outstanding — from spotless cleaning of our room (thank you, housekeeping team!) to a delicious dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Latitude 28. We loved enjoying cocktails by the rooftop pool in the evening and grabbing a fresh morning coffee from the hotel’s marketplace. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and friendly. The beach team especially deserves recognition — their kindness and respect toward every guest truly stood out. The valet parking staff was exceptional as well. Hotels private beach is smaller but very tastefully designed and equipped. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated, but what really sets it apart is the employees this hotel has , and I hope their work is recognized and rewarded,

Phenomenal service - Riley with the beach chairs, and he valet staff, front desk, all phenomenal. Bikes were a great perk. The water by the beach. Cold towels. Both restaurants were great, breakfast top notch. What to improve? Water pressure on the showers. Kayak should be complementary and easy to just grab and go, just like the bikes.

This has been by far one of my top 5 hotel experiences in Florida. The hotel itself is really nice and clean. But the service and what they offer? Amazing. Literally everyone was so nice. Marsha (Mercedes) was so sweet and everyone in the breakfast buffet and beach waiters were so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and being so friendly. The food was really good in all the restaurants and room service. My family will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and more family as well.
