From the moment I stepped into the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District, I was struck by how seamlessly the hotel delivers on its promise of a serene and luxurious environment. Every aspect of my stay reflected a high standard of hospitality and design, making it incredibly easy to be present and take in the experience. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and elevated stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of the Arts District added a thoughtful connection to the hotel’s surroundings. The facilities were in excellent condition across the board. The rooftop pool area was a peaceful urban retreat, offering stunning skyline views and a refreshing escape. The indoor bar had a refined and relaxing ambiance, perfect for an evening wind-down, while the outdoor bar and patio area offered a lively yet upscale setting to enjoy drinks al fresco. Every space felt thoughtfully maintained and well-appointed. Service throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Whether it was a casual interaction or a specific request, the staff consistently made me feel welcome and cared for. Overall, the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District exceeded expectations. It’s a place where luxury meets intention—and where you can truly pause, recharge, and enjoy every moment.

I had the pleasure of spending Memorial Day weekend at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dallas to celebrate my anniversary, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel generously upgraded us to a stunning presidential suite—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. To top it off, they surprised us with a bottle of wine, a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, and a thoughtful card to mark the occasion. It was such a special and memorable touch. The hotel itself is immaculate—elegant, modern, and spotless. The pool area was a highlight, especially on Sunday when they had a fantastic DJ setting the perfect vibe for the long weekend. The poolside staff was attentive and friendly, making sure everyone was well taken care of. One of the best parts for us was that our puppy was welcome, and every staff member we encountered treated us (and our furry friend) with genuine warmth. The valet service was seamless and prompt every time. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dallas. I would gladly return and highly recommend the JW Marriott to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in the city.

Great location, beautiful interiors, and genuinely accommodating service. My friend and I came for a relaxing staycation and ended up having an unexpectedly fun weekend. Met some great people at the pool and even joined them for dinner. Montage was absolutely delicious. I do wish the pool and Vincent’s stayed open later during the summer months. We also had some issues with the room key deactivating less than 24 hours in, and the mobile key disappearing from my app. Not ideal when you’re on the top floor. Self-parking was advertised as $25/night with in-and-out, but I was charged $30 every time I left. Still, between the good energy, great food, and the unexpected connection, I may have met my future ex-husband here. It turned out to be a pretty memorable stay. 10/10 would recommend. I’d come back.
