JW Marriott Hotel and Suites Saigon

We stayed at JW Marriott as a family with our baby, and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating — especially toward our little one. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it easy for the baby to rest. We also enjoyed the in-room dining, and the bathtub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. A great experience overall.

Their professionalism, warmth, and personalized service made a lasting impression. Nam’s thoughtful hospitality and Mia’s graceful attentiveness created a welcoming environment that felt both refined and relaxed. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, and their genuine kindness made our stay even more memorable. The Executive Lounge itself offered a wonderful retreat with exquisite food selections, a serene atmosphere, and spectacular views. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Saigon, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a five-star experience. A little older but a nice hotel. It also feels a bit expensive for Vietnam. The rooms are ok. Nothing exceptional. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Amongst the best I've experienced. Location is awesome.
