Beautiful hotel with well appointed clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, with lots of choices available. Room service dining was excellent, the quality was great, portions were plentiful and the service was excellent.
This has been the most disappointing and stressful hotel experience I have ever had. Marriott is supposed to be a trusted global brand, but clearly they do not care about their guests even their loyal members. My issue was shared in full detail with my contact number and a chain of emails, yet instead of resolving it; they kept asking me to repeat every single day. The rooms are not cleaned properly and the housekeeping staff talk so loudly in the corridors that it feels like they are inside your room. They constantly move sofas and furniture creating loud banging and dragging noises with no respect for whether guests are sleeping or trying to rest. I am on vacation, yet I’ve spent more time chasing them for action than enjoying my trip. There is no urgency, no genuine concern and no respect for the guest’s time. Their replies are nothing but scripted apologies with zero real solutions. If this is how Marriott values its guests by ignoring their concerns, delivering poor service and dragging issues until you give up then I will never trust their name again. I will make sure others know how little they care so no one else wastes their time, money or peace of mind here.
