Our stay at JW Marriott Beijing was memorable. The hotel boasts an excellent location that provides great convenience for both business trips and leisure travel, with complete surrounding facilities. We're especially grateful to Ms. Wang Lingling, the floor supervisor on 19th level, whose thoughtful service exceeded all expectations. When she noticed we were traveling with a 3yo, she proactively provided corner guards for furniture - such attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. While we did experience an unfortunate incident during our stay (my laptop was mysteriously damaged), the hotel staff demonstrated professional attitude in assisting us despite the lack of surveillance footage. The hotel maintains outstanding service standards with well-trained personnel. The breakfast variety could be more extensive and flavors more refined, but these minor points don't diminish our overall satisfaction. This hotel's humanized service has secured its position as one of our top choices for future Beijing visits. Location is
N The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to several excellent restaurants in the area. That said, there were a few issues that affected our stay. When we asked the front desk for a restaurant recommendation, they provided one without checking our preferences or budget. The meal ended up costing 800 RMB per person, which was unexpectedly expensive. Additionally, our room was situated too close to a service corridor. We were frequently disturbed by loud door noises and staff movement, which made it difficult to fully relax.
Absolut disappointing , booked executive floor , sent our arrival time well in time and room not ready had to wait almost 2 hours until 6 pm to get the room, then there is a construction site at front entrance from 6:30 am till late evening and at weekends noise unacceptable staff rather messy mixed up room booking and messed up the billing , we had back to back booking and they completely mixed up room and invoicing, staff not trained lucky a senior staff showed up ,when asked to have room changed to quiet side although paid for exec room the room offered was a clear downgrade in rather neglected condition with visible wear and tear on furniture and quite dark . overall not the standard one would expect for a JA Marriott and as Bonvoy member , Day 2 after a disturbing night hearing the heavy traffic noice from the highway ( at least least we got the full highway view watching tragic) hardly any sleep day kind of ruined and wondering how to get to work , the executive lounge staff hardly understand any english and keeps miss communicating non stop, somehow got a room change to the back side away from the construction and away from the highway nose , overall for what one pays absolutely not worth staying here next trip to Beijing will choose elsewhere . Noticed opposite is a nicer hotel i stayed at Shanghai before definetely next stay move accross the street
