JW Marriott Hotel Berlin

From the moment I arrived at the JW Marriott Berlin, I was thoroughly impressed. The service was nothing short of exceptional — professional, warm, and attentive. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the stay truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and spotlessly clean, with plush bedding and a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is ideal — within walking distance to major attractions, yet tucked away just enough to provide a calm and quiet atmosphere. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with options for every taste and dietary need. The hotel’s spa and wellness area was also a wonderful escape, offering top-class facilities. In every way, the JW Marriott Berlin exceeded my expectations. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this hotel in Berlin for 4 days and 3 nights, and everything was amazing from the moment we arrived! Mr. Mohammed at the front desk gave us a warm welcome with lavender juice with honey, and explained that lavender is the symbol of the hotel. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we noticed the relaxing lavender scent. Even the soap, shampoo, and body wash were lavender-based — such a thoughtful and calming touch! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and truly deserves five stars or more. We especially enjoyed the pool, as well as the dry sauna and the steam sauna — a perfect way to relax and unwind. The cleaning service was also excellent. Every time we came back to our room, it was spotless and fresh. Thank you for a peaceful and memorable stay!

Great experience and hotel. The staff were amazing with their service throughout our entire stay, the rooms are huge with great views, plenty of restaurants and food they have for their breakfast, plenty of parking, and good amenities. Their breakfast was humongous and was absolutely delicious. Their executive lounge had great drinks too. The rooms were luxurious and were huge with a super comfortable bed, the bathroom was super nice with a bath and shower. Great accessories too such as an ironing board, wardrobe and slippers, and hangers to hang your clothes on. The place itself is very elegant and huge. The fitness center can be a bit bigger but they had great equipment. The pool was fun too. Overall, great hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel in Berlin!
