JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu

Our stay at the JW Marriott Chengdu was absolutely perfect. Everything met the highest international standards – impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and excellent dining options. I would especially like to thank Luke Peng, Director of Food & Beverage, for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. I had accidentally left an important bag in a local taxi, and Luke handled the entire situation from start to finish. Thanks to his calm and efficient approach, the issue was fully resolved. This level of dedication, worthy of the world’s finest hotels, truly elevates the reputation of the establishment. Thank you again to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely return.

Staff was excellent from bell desk to housekeeping. Concierge staff always willing to assists and provided excellent and professional services. Breakfast buffet was very good and man Ho restaurants was excellent. The team at Man Ho was so accommodating and friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time at JW Marriott. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Chengdu. Kudos to Andy at Concierge who helped me book Panda tour. Thanks to everyone at JW!

I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott in Chengdu. I stayed on the executive floor, and the panoramic view of the city skyline was absolutely breathtaking. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I felt truly valued as every staff member was outgoing and friendly, making my stay comfortable and memorable. The 8th floor bar offered an nice selection of fine teas and whiskeys, which also came with a nice view and vaulted ceilings. The service was warm and attentive throughout. Highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers.
