Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. While the hotel looks like it has been around for sometime, but it had tried to add in gadgets to modernise it. What stands out is the service provided. I would like to especially point out the service provided by front desk, Mr August, as he went extra mile to make calls to our didi driver when we left something on the didi and did not have a valid china mobile number. The service provided is commendable. Thank you Jw
Stayed at JW Marriott Chongqing for 2 nights. The suite is pretty nice with office desk for working. Room is spacious. I love the breakfast selection (noodle and dimsum). The location is within walking distance to Hongya Cave (about 20 mins walk). Highly recommended.
Room looks dated and dark with an old fashion pendant light above the bed. Room felt stuffy and warm, counter staff says it was because of change of season & centralised AC. Technician was sent to the room, situation only improves a little. Counter staff offers change room which we didn’t take as it was too much of a hassle.
