JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt

Just impeccable! I’d give six stars if I could. The hotel is right downtown, the rooms seem to be brand new and nicely appointed, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the gym is actually a full gym with tons of room and great views (hotel guests can access it directly, but there’s a separate entrance for regular gym members) but most importantly - the service is absolutely wonderful. Every single staff member went above and beyond to help and make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location for shopping, restaurants, business meetings. The lobby bar is a great place to relax and enjoy lovely cocktails. Outdoor seating is also available. Front desk & bell desk team are prompt and cheerful. Rooms are nice with spacious bathrooms. The gym is one of the largest anywhere. My wife and I stayed here twice within 10 days and it is now our first choice in Frankfurt.

We stayed 2 nights at JW Marriott Frankfurt and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. We loved our room — especially the bed — super comfortable. The service was also great; we requested extra water, and it was delivered right away. However, we did have a small issue with housekeeping. We left the “please clean my room” sign out around 8 AM when we left the hotel, but when we returned at 3:30 PM, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Housekeeping arrived at 4 PM, but since we were resting, we asked them to return at 6 PM when we planned to go out for dinner. Thankfully, when we got back at 9 PM, the room had been cleaned. One of our favorite features was the gym, which is connected to Fitness First — it’s large, modern, and really well-equipped. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection and friendly, efficient service from the staff. One small downside at checkout: while I was waiting in the lobby for the rental car, the bellboy noticed it arriving and started heading toward the back door. I didn’t realize that was the designated exit for luggage and said, “the car is here.” Instead of clearly guiding me, he simply replied (twice), “hey, good morning, good morning,” which felt a bit abrupt. A more polite and helpful response would’ve left a better final impression, especially for a guest unfamiliar with the layout after only two nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend JW Marriott Frankfurt — just a few small areas for improvement.
