We had a wonderful stay in Hong Kong .. as our flight arrival was very early, we could already check in way earlier too. The front office is highly skilled, professional and friendly, but also the cleaning team (I think his name is Paul) who made sure that our needs are met - love the personal touch! The cherry on top a birthday surprise to me :) thank you
We love our time in JW Marriott with our family members! We appreciate the special arrangement on the rooms and access to Executive Lounge befitting our loyalty status. The service was truly wonderful with some personal touches. The rooms were very clean and my wife can validate that! This hotel was much newer and luxurious than the review led me to initially believe. The lobby area and restaurants were up to date, clean, and luxurious. The hotel gym was large and had good equipment. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The rooms were a bit small but clean and up to date with comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Hong Kong! The only con was while the hotel is connected to a mall it is a bit confusing to walk anywhere from the hotel.
