JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Hotel it self is very luxury and they do everything to make your stay worthwhile. I stayed at the room with sea view, beautiful and comfortable, room service in other hand was the best experience I had so far compared to other hotels I have been. The lady called Sakine knows exactly what we need, she was always very tidy and respectful, when I came back to the room I always find my room spotless. I am extremely satisfied with the service we had at this hotel but a special thank to Sakine because she made our stay extra special.

Being a new hotel, the rooms are beautiful, high quality and spacious. Staff is polished if a bit cookie cutter. Elite recognition is good and they seem to be generous with upgrades based on status. The executive lounge serves decent food. Breakfast buffet is more impressive to look at than in taste. Both the outdoor and indoor pools are nice to relax at as is the sauna. Based on the location (nothing interesting nearby and far from everything) and good on-property amenities, it is very resort-like and a nice way to end your Istanbul trip.

It's good that they meet you right from the car. I didn't like the food from the restaurant room services.For some reason, when I order, they don't always bring butter; the chicken soup is just water. well, and in general an ordinary hotel, nothing special that would distinguish it from other 5 star hotels that are nearby and cheaper. It's good that there are balconies, but they are difficult to open, it is not clear why they did it that way. Also, the mirror in the room is poorly located, creating the illusion of a second room.
