Comfortable Rooms | Great Facilities | Recommended —— Detailed Review Below —— Stayed here a few times over the years and have always found this to be an excellent choice for my business trips. The rooms are well-sized and comfortable. Their facilities (the gym, pools, lounges) are OK. The lounge and lobby, however, have been showing their age - and need a major overhaul. This hotel is a good enough option when traveling into Kuwait but sadly does not measure up to other JW Marriott locations worldwide. The service level is highly dissatisfying. The entire day of my stay, I've seen only one person in reception. As a result, there were no reply to my number of calls for different requirements. Happened to wait in que just to get a key. We are prefering such high profiles hotels during business trips, for using our precious hours for more productivity. But, the failiure of your service level will make our stay a nightmare. Please correct
