Very convenient access from Taipa ferry terminal with free shuttle buses provided by the Galaxy Macau. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We’ve had a great stay with a child. Great shoutout to front desk staff Mike for his kind help and arrangements. The unexpected surprise for setting up a children tent in our room was perfect. Would certainly choose this hotel again next time. :)
I came from Japan and stayed here for the first time in Macau. Everyone I met at the hotel was very friendly and I had a great time. The rooms were luxurious and the views were great. I can see why it's so popular. Thanks in particular to Eva and Yonng, I had a memorable time. Thank you! I recommend this hotel.
