Excellent service. Highly recommended if you don’t mind the location or have business in Santa Fe which is a bit far from tourist attractions.
Great hotel if you’re needing to be in this more professional part of the city. Started here for a visit to the EGADE business school and it was perfect. Great staff.
Great stay. Came for business. Want to stay here in the future. (See amazing housekeeper shoutout at the bottom.) Room was fine, clean, nice. Not huge, but good view. I really enjoyed how the bathroom was set up, the bath towels were literally the best I’ve ever seen, and the executive lounge was FABULOUS. Good good food and the service team was so attentive. And here’s where it gets even more AMAZING. I left my earbuds at the hotel. I called and asked them to look. Housekeeper Elia Marco (sp?) found them and turned them in. The at your service sent me an email on how to collect them, which I did. I hope to stay here next time.
