JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi

Our stay at the JW Marriott Nairobi was incredible! The hotel is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed with high-end finishes throughout. Our room was decorated for our honeymoon with rose petals, a bottle of wine, and a delicious cake, which was such a thoughtful welcome. The concierge team was extremely helpful ahead of our arrival, sharing great local recommendations. We used the laundry service, which was fast and efficient, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy the gorgeous pool! The breakfast buffet was hands down the most impressive we’ve ever had, and the on-site restaurant we tried was excellent. The only downside was having to call multiple times to request drinking water — in a place where tap water isn’t safe to drink, access to bottled water should be much more convenient. That said, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding Service and Elegant Setting I recently visited JW Marriott Nairobi on Chiromo Lane to collect some luggage, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and modern, with a peaceful, upscale atmosphere that stands out from many other places in Nairobi. Even though my visit was brief, the service I received was top-notch — efficient yet warm. The lobby and waiting area are beautifully designed, with attention to detail that reflects the hotel’s global standards. If you're looking for a luxury hotel in Westlands with great customer care and a refined environment, JW Marriott is a solid choice. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years and never had any complaints.The hotel's cleanliness is always top-notch, but what truly made my experience stand out was the incredible team at the Executive Lounge. Joyce's infectious smile and warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Priscillah is always absolutely amazing - she makes me feel like I am at home!
