JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer every comfort one could ask for—plush bedding, high-end amenities, and stunning views of the city. Dining at their restaurants was a highlight—each meal was a culinary delight, especially at K3, which offers a fantastic range of global cuisines. The staff deserves special mention—professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to every guest’s need. Whether it was the concierge, housekeeping, or the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make the stay seamless. Its location in Aerocity is ideal—just minutes from the airport and close to major business hubs, yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended for business travelers, couples, or anyone looking to indulge in refined luxury with flawless service. I will absolutely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Aerocity! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's pool is stunning, offering a serene escape and a luxurious ambiance, perfect for relaxation. A special shoutout to Ishant, who was incredibly helpful with a request I had. His professionalism and willingness to assist truly made a difference in my stay. It's rare to find such dedicated service, and I genuinely appreciated his efforts. Another shout out to Shefali, who also helped me with a time sensitive request. I approached her in the lobby, and she asked how she can help before I even said anything. Wow. Such service. Thank you Shefali! You made a big difference for me. Overall, a top-notch experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi for a conference nearby Aerocity.

This is not a typical 5 star review. I don’t give 5 star reviews because there is always room for improvement and a 5 star means nothing could be improved because it’s already great. First, the ladies working here and the men at the concierge desk were incredible. We were in India for an adoption. They did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Our little boy was struggling with so many changes and so much happening and they helped in every way they could. We are so grateful for each of them. Second, I am a typical American when it comes to food so the breakfast was good but I did not take full advantage as I should have. I ended up eating things I was comfortable with, but wish I had tried more options. I was a worried about getting sick but never did. The food was good, but the people working were even better because of how kind and helpful they were. Third, we were scheduled to be at the Pullman for our entire trip, but after 2 nights felt there might be something better. We visited the JW Marriott and after a tour we were convinced to change the remainder of our trip. We are so thankful for that change. The hotel was very clean, the people were awesome, the hotel room was great all round including the bathroom which we loved. The shower set up was really cool and we took pictures because we would like something like that in our house. Fourth, the location was great because it was a very short walk to the market. I enjoyed great pizzas at multiple places, having a Krispy Kreme made me feel at home, the modern bazaar was a nice help, and we felt safe in this whole area. Fifth, We are regular school teachers and can not afford to stay in such nice hotels in the US, but this was a very special occasion and we could not be more thankful for the opportunity to stay here. We may never be able to stay in such an amazing place again but we will certainly never forget this opportunity. We did also stay in the Oberoi in Mumbai for one night so we know what excellence looks like. If these two hotels were side by side both would be incredible but we would choose the JW Marriott because of the people.
