I am deeply grateful to the exceptional staff at JW Marriott Santo Domingo. During my stay, I experienced a sudden medical emergency, and the team went above and beyond to provide support and assistance with genuine care and professionalism. Even on the more routine days of our visit, the service was consistently excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was consistently very good. I truly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough
My stay was fantastic! The service was phenomenal, the food was top tier, and the atmosphere was very fancy. The hotel was in the heart of the city which was close to many things. The hotel was also located directly above Blue Mall which was very good for shopping and for more casual restaurants. I am already planning my next vacation here because I truly had the BEST time. Highly recommend.

We were warmly welcomed by receptionist Lesly Ortiz, who went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her professionalism and hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable visit. The hotel itself offers a range of top-tier amenities. The on-site restaurant not only serves delicious food but also boasts breathtaking views of the city. Special thanks to Diomaris, the restaurant host, whose friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. The infinity pool on the 12th floor is a stunning spot to unwind, offering a unique view of the city skyline. We also appreciated the access to the executive lounge, the well-equipped Gold’s Gym, and the excellent room service throughout our stay. Another major perk is the hotel’s prime location inside the upscale Blue Mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Overall, JW Marriott Santo Domingo delivers a five-star experience in every aspect. We look forward to returning!
