A really nice hotel and chic place. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were very big and luxurious. It sure lives up to it's name of Marriott chain of hotels. Service was top notch. Bathroom was really big with a modern tub that has a City view, automatic curtains and nice bath salts. The only downfall is that there are no malls or convenience stores within walking distance so it could quite hard to get decent food nearby
In short - Really a wonderful hotel! I loved my stay at JW Marriott in Shanghai. Everything was just perfect the service, the staff, the facilities and the location. Except that there was a mistake done by the staff while checking me in, as I was given a room that was already given to someone else and luckily the other guest was not in the room. I informed the reception and they were very quick to respond, apologized for their mistake, offered me an upgrade and a small gift. So they did their best just to fix it!
