Clean rooms, however the beds were not king size as they were mentioned, More like full sized beds. Ac was a bit of issue, we had to keep the windows open to get the rooms cool down. Breakfast was good but a bit busy, staff were doing their best to accommodate and were providing good genuine service. The main highlight was the service, the executive lounge staff was very attentive, even being busy they accommodated us very well and yes good Gin & tonic. They wrote us a nice card for our anniversary which was a lovely gesture. Thanks a lot for that
Hotel in the center of downtown, good facilities, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.
When checked in yesterday, the female receptionist is highly unhelpful for a lifetime platinum member. The location is not good, would not recommend you to stay here.
