JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria

Rooms were exceptional with great work desk and chair. They even offer a computer screen! I was attending a conference and everything was superb….really delicious food, both buffet style and table side. Cocktails were delicious also. Staff were helpful at every turn. Gym was a little tight. I needed more space to workout but it worked. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Exceptional check in with Felecia. She made us feel so welcomed. Highly professional in every way. We loved our room with views of the city. Special shout out to the Executive Lounge team. Breakfast and evening snacks and drinks with them each day was a highlight. We also appreciate the great valet team. Responsive and quick each time. Great place to call home in H-Town.

Great hotel with all the amenities. The location is excellent, but is very congested during rush hour, so dinners are hard to get to quickly unless you walk across the street to the mall. The fitness center is great, pool is small, but also great. The staff is what really shines though. So many kind, friendly, hardworking people. The only point off is for the food prices. $7 for a plain croissant. $28 for a club sandwich. I get it, it's a hotel. That said, it's still criminal.
