We've visited this hotel many times as a family, and one of the reasons we always return is the excellent service provided by Brenda, our trusted housekeeper. She not only keeps the room spotless, but also makes us feel at home with every detail she lovingly prepares. This time, she once again exceeded our expectations, especially with the attention and love she shows our daughter. She always has a nice gesture for her, something we'll never forget and deeply appreciate. Her warmth, dedication, and perseverance make our experience at the hotel even more special. Brenda is not only an exceptional employee; she's part of the wonderful memories we create every time we come here. Thank you for so much Brenda!

LOVED staying at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed staying by the pool and the restaurants were staffed with the most friendly employees. Gave 4 stars 4 location only because it’s tucked a little back from Disney, however, it’s super quiet if you want to be next to Disney and have the Disney experience without the larger crowds.

This was a nice hotel. I was here for a conference, and it did a nice job as a conference hotel. Very chill, while also being close to Disney parks. My dislikes were pretty minor. Firstly, the coffee maker didn't always turn on. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't, and I wasted a few coffee pods on the "didn't" rounds which just felt a bit wasteful. The shower was a bit of an odd duck, and had a temperature range between hot and scalding. I didn't mind, but my son likes to wash at room temperature so it was baths only for him. The last one was probably a choice of the conference rather than the hotel, but for the love of mercy could conferences go back to including some fruit at breaks, instead of *just* muffins or cookies? The muffins were quite nice. The cookies were designed more for kids than health conscious adults; they were enormous and all had a great deal of one kind or another of chocolate. I didn't try them, I usually prefer shortbread or oatmeal if I'm going to have a cookie, but the younger conference attendees professed enjoyment. Overall, a decent fit as a conference hotel, and it was quite nice to have a conference in Orlando at a place that didn't sound like it had mouse ears when I submitted my expense report.
