JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes

Stayed this past weekend. Any issues that had resolvable solutions, were fixed by Concierge or Customer Service. First and foremost, this is a beautiful hotel with quite a few amenities for the family, including the Lazy River, as well as several dining options. Our room was a little late being ready (about 75 minutes after check in time), but service delivered Macaroons and an apology letter the next day. Regardless, I also know concierge were setting the room up for a special occasion and we appreciated that. Unfortunately the in-room refrigerator kept sounding the "open door" alarm throughout the day and night, even if the door was shut. It was a minor inconvenience that, had it been a bigger issue, I would have called the front desk. We loved the food. We loved the lazy river. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of our suite. We also felt that team members were always ready to help. Lastly, we thank the dining staff for always finding dietary options for our son! It made his whole weekend!

Wonderful luxury resort! We lived the lazy river pool. The whole facility is just beautiful. The unsung heros have to be the grounds keepers. The landscaping is just beautiful & kept immaculately. The restaurants are really good. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back.

Celebrated my anniversary here and had a lovely time. The rooms were stocked well with amenities and exceptionally furnished. Customer service is impeccable everywhere and they also sent us balloons and chocolates for our anniversary. We normally stay at a theme park resort in Orlando but glad we decided to change it up. The kids were entertained by the vast amount of amenities on the property. Lots of dry land included activities like corn hole, foosball, air hockey, pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong table, and mountain bikes. The waterpark was massive and the pool towels were soft. The tuna bowl at the Knife Burger (pool restaurant) was really tasty. The RitzKids club has the cutest animals (parrots, turtles, bunny, chickens, birds, baby crocodiles, etc) and worth a visit. We also took the mountain bikes on the hidden trail and that was a good exercise. Just make sure you ask for the bug repellent wipes if you do the trail. We also did the Eco tour excursion with Grande Lakes Sports. You take a short golf cart ride out to the rivers where the kayaks and canoes are stored. My son during this excursion got to see an alligator travel across his path while kayaking and also a number of fishes. It was a good exercise while exploring nature. Andrew, our guide, was great!
