Overall, I would stay here again, but the hotel did not live up to my expectations. We got the executive suite and it just felt very dated and basic. We did have a very small ocean view, but it was mostly blocked by the other tower of the building. Starting at about 2 AM every night it sounded like there was a motorcycle revving constantly outside our room… Even my earplugs could not keep out the noise. I think it was either building or construction noise. With all that said, the shared areas of the hotel… The pools, the fitness center, the restaurant Azul were very nice. The staff was also amazing. All very helpful and friendly. We utilized the executive lounge quite a bit so I would recommend that if able.

Below par for a Marriott and the price. Personel kind of stuck up. Cleaning ladies were nice. First time ever I didn't use the valet, they were like Marrakech market salesmen, we did not feel safe. Hotel lacked grandeur and class. We'll skip next time

Booked five rooms months in advanced. Notified the hotel we would be arriving early on booking and requested early check in via email. They failed to even acknowledge reply to my email. Upon arrival no rooms were ready. We were told they would let us know via email when the rooms were ready and again failed to do so. At three o’clock, when our rooms were guaranteed to be ready, we waited in line an additional half hour for others to check in only to find out our rooms were still not ready. Very disappointed in their communication and hospitality. It has gone downhill since our last stay significantly. I recommend allowing upwards of one hour to check in. If you need an early check-in, you are better off staying somewhere else is Customer Service does not reply to emails nor do they return phone calls.
