Experience the most comfortable hotel on Phu Quoc Island. The hotel is in a prime location, with a clean beach and a very calm sea that is perfect for swimming. There are many activities to enjoy, making it especially suitable for children! The balcony of the room is very comfortable, equipped with a fan and a lounge chair, and it's not hot at all when staying outdoors. It's worth mentioning that the hotel staff have a great attitude. The Vietnamese girl Ms Ailie at the Information desk was very proactive in handling our requests. We are very grateful for her help. Her conduct and handling of affairs demonstrated the professionalism of JW Hotels. My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. Among the three hotels I stayed at on Phu Quoc Island, JW was the one that impressed me the most.
