I stayed at this hotel during transition for one night. Bianka at the front desk made my trip enjoyable. She was simply exceptional in her attention to detail. She is pleasant and efficient. She gave me an upgraded room and took care of all the little things that made my trip memorable. Thank you Bianka! I would highly recommend this hotel. Location and service is impeccable. Please ask for Bianka.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. All the staff were great. Our stay was short, but we felt right at home. Rooms are big with expanded bathrooms. My only complaint would be that the shower doors don't close well and sometimes let water out of the shower. The 3rd floor has a dining and bar area, with a coffee and snacks area. This is where we enjoyed our evenings and mornings before we went out to explore the city

I will definitely recommend this hotel. Although we booked it at a slightly discounted rate as members, it was still excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the in-room amenities were great—high-quality shampoo, fresh linens, and everything we needed to feel comfortable. The service was outstanding—reception, room service, and concierge were all consistently helpful. Every time we requested a taxi, the staff made sure to confirm the destination with the driver so we wouldn’t get lost, even though we had lived in San Francisco for a while. The most discomforting aspect of the stay was the general condition and dirt of the city itself, but of course, that has no impact on the hotel’s rating. The in-house restaurant wasn’t particularly impressive, but they do offer a nice selection of cocktails and drinks.
